2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from registering or making a purchase.

3. Services

We provide customized courses on data analysis for businesses, delivered via live sessions or virtual gatherings.

3.1 Enrollment and Scheduling

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Scheduled sessions are held at agreed times. You may request one rescheduling up to 7 days before the session at no extra charge.

3.2 Cancellation and No-Return Clause

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a return of funds due to preparation and instructor commitment. We appreciate your understanding.

4. Digital Products

Digital items include downloadable presentations, templates, and recorded seminars. You have 14 days from the download date to request a return, provided the files have not been fully accessed or consumed.

5. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Refund Policy

This section details how returns are handled based on the type of offering.

6.1 Services

Approved returns will be credited back to the original method of payment within 30 days of approval. Sessions that have been attended or accessed are not refundable.

6.2 Digital Products

Refund requests within 14 days are processed after verifying non-consumption of the files. Approved refunds are returned within 10 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 Rescheduling

Rescheduling without loss of value is possible for services if requested at least 7 days before the original date. No additional transfers are allowed after one reschedule.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are due before the delivery of any session, product, or good. We accept major methods of payment as listed at checkout.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
